Mecklenburg County Public Health currently has an Environmental Health Director job opening within our Preventive Health Division. This position oversees our Environmental Health (EH) Program that includes, Food, Lodging & Institutions, Groundwater & Wastewater Services, Public Swimming Pools, Tattoos and Vector Programs. This position reports directly to an Assistant Health Director, supervises the EH Management Team, and participates as part of the department leadership team.
Minimum of six years plus one- year supervisory experience or completion of an approved supervisory training program required for the position.
Salary Range: $97,648.13 -$148,472.19
