In addition, Iredell County takes into consideration current government agency employee service and with proper documentation and approval, accrual rates for earned vacation leave may be awarded based on tenure. We also offer a $5000 sign on bonus for individuals that qualify for an Environmental Health Specialist that is currently authorized in food & lodging and actively working in another county!
