Brand new for Fall 2015 I present to you a new way to book your room for our Fall meeting. Luellen has set up a personalized web page for our members to use to book a room for the conference. Please click on the link provided below and follow the instructions. You can also book them the old fashioned way (just for you Doc!) before the group block cut-off date of 9-24-14 by calling the hotel direct at 910-693-4330 or 1-800-HAMPTON (800-426-7866)and indicate you are with the NCEHSA group:

Departure Date: Friday, October 16, 2015
Number of rooms: 35 Overnight Rooms
Negotiated Rate: $94.00 (Standard Room)
$114.00 (Studio Suite)

Note: Rates are subject to tax and tax rates are subject to change and the responsibility of the guest.

Cancellation: Any guest room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. Any reservations that are cancelled after this date which cannot be resold are subject to a penalty of 100% of the first night’s rate. The cancellation penalty will be charged to the guarantee method that we have on file for the reservation.
