Hopefully you are all aware that we are working to bring the Validation and Verification of HACCP Plans course to as many local REHS as we can so that everyone can feel more comfortable with HACCP, reviewing plans, and field verification. We want to make sure that we provide the course for as many people as are interested, while also making sure we are not wasting resources by offering the class too close together or in the wrong locations.
